The team consistently delivers and reaches key milestones on time (and I couldn't be more proud of them).• Implementing standardized approaches for monitoring and tracking business-as-usual processes. This initiative enabled the targeted automation of operations, resulting in improved turnaround times for high-priority, high-stakes repetitive tasks. The established monitoring initiative also served as a basis for the migration strategy of several important processes to Databricks.• Establishing a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality stakeholder feedback. By ensuring communication to stakeholder are clear, expectations are consistently met, if not exceeded by the Data Engineering team.• Significantly reducing project completion times by leveraging key technical skills and contextual knowledge acquired during my tenure at Old Mutual Insurance. One notable example was a project with an estimated completion duration of two and a half months, which was completed in six weeks total, presenting a time saving of nearly 40%.• Operated IFRS data procedures in SAS, ensuring the delivery of consolidated, reconciled data sets from diverse input sources to Finance.
