International General Management with over 20 years expertise in forwarding and change managementHaving started in 2000 as operational employee at Panalpina Belgium I moved 1 year later to the office at Luxembourg, End of 2003 I moved to the regional HQ in The Netherlands to take up responsibility for the quality management of all 10 branches in the Benelux.In 2005, I moved to the sales department of Röhlig Belgium where I was appointed in 2008 to National Sales Manager. Additionally appointed as Branch Manager for the Brussels office, I reviewed the operations and restructured the branch resulting . Managed a similar change project for the Antwerp branch in 2013.From 2014 Till 2018 I was appointed as General Manager in charge of Broekman Belgium.Mid of 2018 together with my business partner. i have done a Managment buy out at Broekman Brussels establishing Brussels Airfreight Services.Master in Business Economics at HU Brussels (formerly Vlekho).
