I believe that improvements should come from within an organisation, and that they are there; only needing to be uncovered. As a consultant I endeavour to ask the right questions to uncover them. As a trainer I try to give people new insights and tools to do the same.What energizes me, is to set up or renew things - once everything is functioning someone else should take over. It should also be made so that it works in the setting provided; I am suspicious about standard solutions.My Insights profile says that my dominant energy is red: goal oriented.In my private life I love to enjoy the wonders of the world. Be they nearby or halfway across the globe, cultural or natural, above or under water.
