• Prepare documents for shipment as customs declaration, CO and issue Master truck waybill, Arrival notice, delivery order, documents for customs transit at the border, documents for delivery cargo to ICD (Inland container depot), industrial park…• Respond promptly to customer inquiries such as consolidation schedule, and import-export schedule for LTL and FTL shipment of each country as China, Vietnam, Thai Lan, and Malaysia… Handle and resolve customer complaints• Get orders from customers and request other departments for issuing the booking of customer’s shipments.• Contact customers for documents of their shipment and all information to support customers for import or export their shipment.

• Collaborate with the academic team to coordinate exams, from collecting tests to organizing, managing scores and reports, and communicating results to parents, ensuring exams are conducted professionally.• Support in updating and delivering student reports to parents.• Develop student timetables under the guidance of the Academic Team Leader.• Support the Academic Team Leader in scheduling work for the School Board, academic teams, and monthly events/themes based on the Management Board's teaching plan.
