With the growth team that I lead we were able to achieve an:• Increased by 17% the free to paid Microsoft 365 conversions.• Increased by 30% feature usage across the promoted Office functionality.• Co-created the Lifecycle Programing Platform (LPP) which delivers targeted communications across Win32, Mac, Web and Mobile to engage, retain and upsell users to Microsoft 365.• Created LPP as an experimentation platform that allowed the business to go from 0 to over 300 experiments in 2 years.
