Proposal Manager of Hydro Power Plants electro-mechanical equipments proposals.* Responsible for a team of engineers working for hydro turbines, generators, electrical and mechanical equipments, and erection solution for every offer.* Working mainly with Large Hydro Power Plants and Large Refurbishment bids, but also with Compact Hydro Power Plants.* Active participation on strategy definition, especially regarding technical concept and sourcing strategy for all of the proposals.* Contact and meetings with partners, owners’ engineerings and customers, discussing optimizations and clarifications necessary for a good development of a proposal.* Experience with Research and Development bids for Energy Market in Brazil (ANEEL P&D)

Technical coordination of Hydro Power Plants electro-mechanical equipments proposals, leading a team established for each offer. Analysis and consolidation of all equipments’ proposals. Collaboration with strategies’ definitions related to supply, transportation ways, and method of presenting the offer to the customer. Contact and meetings with partners, owners’ engineerings and customers, to discuss optimizations and clarify possible doubts of whole technical team.

Contact, hiring and development of electrical equipments suppliers for Hydro Power Plants. Technical proposals elaboration and consolidation, analysis of equipments technical characteristics, studies for optimizations of design and single line diagrams elaboration.

Elaboration of technical and commercial offers for South Asia and Middle East region of electrical motors (low and high voltage) and automation components. Project management of WEG’s equipments (customer contact, technical analysis, manufacturing planning and control, factory monitoring, tests and inspections accompaniment, and motors’ delivery). Development of new customers and representatives on the market. Coordination of air and sea shippings (elaboration and analysis of exportation document, letter of credits, INCOTERMS). Market study and action plans creation for business expansion in the region. Training of employees from abroad (WEG branch in Dubai) of the procedures and culture of the company, several software, and products.

Development of projects in electro-electronics and instrumentation area. Creation of new technologies for future applications in the market. Development of intelligent wireless sensors nets. Instrumentation techniques of acquiring data from static and dynamic events. Data base creation with association to digital pressing and data acquisition software development.
