Lead planner for major projects that would reconfigure complex the airfield, terminal, and ground transportation systems. Supervise staff and consultant teams as they perform forecasting, simulation & modeling, environmental analysis, regulatory consultation, legal coordination, and execute communications, government relations, and public outreach strategies. Appear before bodies of elected and appointed officials in open public forums in successful efforts to win approvals on key proposals. Lead planner and strategist for the acclaimed $6 billion Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP). Led highly visible efforts to revise the controversial LAX Master Plan, adopted by the City of Los Angeles.
