Responsibilities: meet the requests for improvement and incident checking in Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Financials modules: Accounting Receivables (AR), Accounting Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA) and General Ledger (GL).Main accomplishments:- Development of several automation routines in the Accounting (GL) and Accounting Payables (AP) areas.- Development of reports and data extraction to assist the company in delivering information for audits.

Responsibilities: Meet all the requests referred to new corrective and evolutionary developments. Specify any necessary changes in the rules and systems implementations. Gathering functional and non-functional requirements with the stakeholders in new projects.Main accomplishments:- Update systems integration to meet the new version of XML (3.10) imposed by tax authorities for issuance of NFE.- IT Analyst responsible for systemic changes necessary to meet the Law No. 13.097, where every form of federal taxation of Cold Drinks has been modified.

Responsibilities: Managing staff of six, dividing tasks, for improve productivity in the resolution of reported incidents.Main accomplishments:- Almost 90% reduction in the number of problems for the module.- Changes internal processes of the team, with a focus on anticipation of solving the problems affecting the processes of the Group companies.

Responsibilities: Solve problems and questions from users for the Oracle EBS, Billing module, and electronic invoice issuing system.Main accomplishments:- Support six different companies in a total of more than thirty branches in different lines of business.

Responsibilities: Develop systems design, develop programs, analyze information related to systems and languages to be used, study workflows and resource requirements, conduct training with users and systems implementation, support to users and perform the necessary systemic maintenance.Main accomplishments:- Development, implementation and maintenance of Call Center system used by the company.- Support and Maintenance on systems that managing the logistics of the company, with effective progress on existing processes.- Participation in building integration between billing system and software purchased for issuing Electronic Invoices (NFE).- Update systems to meet the new version of XML (2.0) imposed by tax authorities for issuance of NFE.- Participation in the project that implemented the Oracle EBS in some companies.

Responsibilities: Maintenance and development of departmental systems.Main accomplishments:- Implementation of Tax Coupon Issuer.- SQL query optimization, to gain performance in the reports.
