Student of Naval Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in double degree at the École Centrale Lille. In Brazil, I participated in MEJ (Movimento Empresa Júnior) reaching the position of Human Resources Director of JE. During my management, I was responsible for the implementation of strategies such as 1:1 (One on One) meetings, to analyse the evolution of the members in the company, to monitor the energy of the team and to evaluate the performance of each one. With this, I learned to create objectives that would bring greater evolution to the company, as well as progressing in the work as a manager by becoming more and more efficient. I was also elected as a JE advisor, representing the team in the Federation of Junior Enterprises of the State of São Paulo (FEJESP) and in the Nucleus of Junior Enterprises of São Paulo and the Baixada Santista Region (NSP). I was the voice of the company in front of these organisations, articulating important information, explaining the campaigns and the products offered. I participated in general meetings throughout the year, focusing on alignment, updating goals, training and connecting with other companies. I was also part of the USP Polytechnic Naval Engineering Academic Centre, a student body that represents the students of the Naval and Ocean Engineering course. I was the events coordinator, responsible for projects related to the management and organisation of events promoted by the academic centre.
