Global Benefit Analyst
Current- Assists with the administration of a range of competitive benefits (Health and Welfare, Retirement, and Leave) ensuring plan and regulatory compliance;
- Interacts regularly with employees, HR leaders, Payroll, HRIS, and benefit vendors to facilitate enrollment, termination, and changes to benefit elections;
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to eligibility, enrollment, claims escalation, insurance coverage, and general queries;
- Ensure service providers and carriers receive accurate and timely employee eligibility data
- Manage invoices and facilitate payments to all providers and insurance carriers (includes audit and supplier set ups);
- Manage leave of absence (STD, FMLA and LTD) processes;
