I'm a Planning and Supply Chain professional with over 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Material Management in the mechanical, electronic and beverage industries.During my career, I’ve been responsible for the main Production Plan for different production lines in an international company. I have also dealt with various issues related to transportation and logistics such as Incoterms and delivery costs, lean production and reporting.I’ve been lucky enough to participate in various challenging projects in the following fields:Internal Logistics:I developed a new Warehouse Management System and introduced a barcode in the warehouse, reducing the manual activities by 70% and reducing inventory adjustments by 50%. I also managed to eliminate the use of paper in the Warehouse. For three years, I coordinated the general inventory of the company's warehouse and successfully worked together with external auditors.External Logistics:I implemented a Preferential Origin calculation system for the export of goods (to the EU, USA, China) to satisfy the international Customs and export rules and I also simplified the internal procedure of data research.
