I perform music at a professional level on a variety of instruments. I have written, arranged, and recorded for full-length albums and EPs, toured as a performer, appeared on radio broadcasts and music videos, and transcribed with great accuracy a wide range of music. I've appeared in bands, pit orchestras, symphony orchestras, chamber groups and as a soloist.Additionally, I have been teaching for as long as I have been playing professionally. I've tailored personalized curriculums for students of all ages, genders, races, economic backgrounds and skill levels. I've taught in public schools, private schools, individual lessons, group lessons, masterclasses, day/after school/summer camps with great success. My goal is to strike the right balance between theoretical understanding and practical application, while making lessons engaging and fun. My responsibility is to craft persuasive web copy for SMBs throughout the US, UK and Canada. I write landing pages, blog posts, product copy, biographies, and just about anything else a business owner may want to convey to their customers. My content is rooted in the inbound marketing method, and therefore optimized to rank highly on search engines. I am equally at home with high-volume content creation as I am with specially tailored ("Elite") assignments.I have also performed proofreading and given feedback on the work of other freelancers in Spotzer's employ, as well as worked within Salesforce to progress projects through various stages of production (similar to the role of a production manager.) I have also occasionally worked with designers to perform QA on content and site design.

I gave private music lessons on a weekly basis to students ranging from 6 years of age to 50. I specialized in teaching note reading, theoretical knowledge, disciplined practice habits, technical ability and musical expression. My students performed in seasonal recitals coordinated between myself and the in-house teachers of other instruments.

I played cello in the pit for three major productions: The Putnam County Spelling Bee, Next to Normal and A Christmas Carol. I was expected to manage a large amount of difficult music in a short amount of time, and perform it to a high standard in front of audiences ranging between 1-5000 people.

I worked closely with the owner and violinist/violist Peter to create exceptionally memorable and lively performances for a wide range of events including weddings, galas, open houses and much more. I was expected to be punctual, presentable and prepared at all times. Classical, jazz and pop standard were played in a variety of ensembles.

I played cello in a variety of small ensembles, primarily for weddings. Ceremonies and receptions were attended with an eclectic mix of classical, jazz and pop standards. The level of playing was expected to be top-notch at all times, while we were to exude professionalism and poise.

I was the administrator and teacher of Viva! which was a company dedicated to providing high-quality music lessons in small groups to elite private schools. I created fun yet enriching curriculums for children aged 4-8 focused on note reading, listening, singing and playing violin in ensembles.Schools: Porter Gaud School, Daniel Island Academy, O'Quinn Schools of James Island and Mount Pleasant.

I was responsible for guiding customers interested in buying musical instruments and accessories through all of their options. Additionally, I would go participate in rental presentations to local area public schools in an effort to get kids to sign up for their school orchestras and rent our instruments. I would also occasionally perform minor repairs on stringed instruments.

I was in charge of supervising the student residents on the floor of my dormitory. My responsibilities included acting as a first responder in case of emergencies, counseling and conflict resolution, providing mentorship and guidance, as well as creating fun community-building programs for students to participate in. I also worked security at the front desk, and made regular room inspections for cleanliness and hazards.
