Current- Created interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and facilitate data-driven decision making for Global Shop and it's manufacturing clients. Learned how to take questions from stakeholders, analyze the business use case, give data insights, and effectively present my findings. - Built internal dashboards for the Continuous Improvement: Development department. Measure performance for software projects, statistics for the custom bugs team, estimate accuracy for the quotes team, and track revenue and growth. This pinpointed areas for improvement and able to give upper management live data to make data-driven decisions. - Led a team of interns to document and store crucial information for hundreds of custom and standard projects.
