As co-founder of Fly High Engineering, I'm active in regulated industries like aerospace and medtech and am eager to celebrate success with our partners.I spend most time on ambitious business and technical challenges. This allows me to progress a bit every single day, learning from the beautiful people I have the pleasure to work with (and quite often also from my own mistakes). Over the years I learned how to always find a solution (sometimes by reformulating the problem) and make things work, keeping high the morale of my colleagues with humor and positive attitude.I have learned a lot on science, project management and system engineering in 20 years of research on novel instrumentation and measurement techniques for particles and radiation detection. In particular, my work for 3 space missions (AMS-01, AMS-02, Solar Orbiter) and the ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC is now a great heritage to help partners who have very demanding R&D challenges or delicate risk management aspects.I'm a quite creative innovator :-) and I did so many things in my life that they don't fit into this space.
