• Supporting the PM and Superintendent, details, and updates in all aspects of the project in document control and site management with task performance in the field and office• Provide ‘As-Builts’ with timely updates of site plan set• Prepares submittals and samples • Organizes files for all documentation and document control• Writes and distributes RFIs, correspondence, meeting minutes, procurement requests and all replies • Attends to safety, and site coordination meetings • Distributes information • Verifies deliveries are compliant with submittal, specification, or shop drawings • Inventories materials; Directs logistics for deliveries and schedules of equipment • Performs material take-offs and estimating • Provides equipment and labor performance rates and assists with estimating • Monitors site for safety hazards and implementation of site safety plans

• Establish and maintain administrative and case filing system.• Act as primary liaison with telephone and other communication vendors.• Perform a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to: coordinating mass mailings, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment and service contracts, collecting and distributing timesheets and paychecks, create project submittals, handle insurance claims.
