Ancora creates mobile experiences beyond the smartphone, transforming it into a more powerful tool at work, that can be easily integrated into any workflow to improve productivity and experience.We have been incubated on pre-seed stage inside AtlanTTic, the technology research center of the University of Vigo. We have been selected by the IGNICIA program as one of seven research projects to be backed. We are now pushing it into market.In this process, I led a multidisciplinary team of 10+ towards the implementation, validation and delivery of a market-ready software solution. That involved defining, implementing and maintaining a CI development workflow from the ground up, following the best software engineering practices.Key tasks and achievements:- Leading the technical design and implementation of the key Ancora software projects.- Applied agile strategies to the product development.- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The time I've been working at Codethink allowed me to learn from the different open source projects I've been involved. Most of them were Java based projects, but I've also collaborated in C, C++ and JavaScript projects.I would like to highlight tasks such as: Linux Kernel and Graphics performance Investigation, Unit testing (Fitnesse, JUnit) and Continuous Integration and Development of a new feature in the Gerrit Code Review project; among others.
