Head of the financial planning, investor relations, strategy and project management office areas in the organization. Responsibilities and area deliverables: Monthly financial report for Senior Management with Company-wide performance metrics and explanations, costs committee, Board of Directors quarterly report, Annual Report, Roadshow and investor presentations, ensure that the company´s strategy is implemented throughout the organization, Balanced Scorecard, investment project evaluations, monthly P&L Forecast, monthly strategic and operational meetings with Senior Management, Annual budget and monthly analysis for deviations vs budget/forecast.

Sales and project analysis and reporting for Senior Management. Coordinator and head of the securitization project, working directly with national and international teams of investment banks, lawyers, auditors, and regulators. Co-leader with CFO for the Initial Public Offering of shares (IPO).

Financial advisor, recommend and operate financial investment options to large companies. This includes different types of instruments, currency exchanges, SWAPS, Forwards, Options, Investment Funds, and private debt.
