Senior Project Manager in innovation and public transformation, I am in charge of the Multi-channel and accessibility strategy of Parisian public services at the City of Paris. I was previously, between 2016 and 2020, Project manager at DITP - Prime Minister’s Service for public reform and transformation. Between 2013 and 2015, I was Deputy Economist at the Development and Urban Planning Agency of Strasbourg, including participation in local governance bodies of public services. Between 2009 and 2013, I was a consultant in organization, public management and innovation, first invested in joint innovation projects enterprises/ public authorities; then specialized in strategy and reorganization with many public and private clients. I was, previously, Consultant in urban industrial attractiveness at UNDP in 2003, in charge of a project to design incentive mechanisms for the establishment and relocation of industrial actors. I am a regular speaker at the ENA - INSP , as well as in control administrations (competition, repression of fraud), I was a pedagogical adviser at the ENA - INSP. I coordinated the Centre de Préparation pour la Haute Fonction Publique de Sciences Po Toulouse (prepa-ENA), between 2007 and 2009. Alumni of the National School of Administration (ENA - INSP Promotion 2004-2006, International Competition) of which I also hold the Master in Public Administration (ENA, 2006, mention Cum Laudae). I was also a major at the Master in Applied Economics at the University of Toulouse in 2004 and graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Toulouse in 2003. As a French and Colombian citizen, I am 43 years old. My mother tongues are French and Spanish. My level in English is fluent and professional, both written and oral. I speak and understand Italian at a current level.
