The main activities I have in this position are: Responisble of LCL Product growth and development Filling, negotiation and follow up of RFQs/BIDs Own consol box build up LCL/FCL performance reports Rate negotiation for freight all kind and named accounts Operational support Commercial relation with coloaders

This international program contains 2 parts.1. Six 3 month foundation modules covering the core areas of logistics. Airfreight Import, Airfreight Export, Seafreight Import, and Seafreight Export, CLC, as well as Sales. One of this modules is spend abroad in any Hellmann country.In the first international rotation, I worked in Bremen, Germany. My day to day work was seafreight export operations and I also supported the team developing tools to make work easier, as well as updating freight rates. There I made a project to be implemented in Mexico. The project looks for the implementation of LCL/FCL shipments, from México to Germany. All the activities were developed in German and a little English language.2. Management TrackThe Management track is designed to develop into leading positions (e.g. supervisor, manager etc.), meaning your goal is to eventually obtain a role in which you take over responsibility for a team, a department or a bigger area.Additional to this two parts there are 5 international get together. We get a mix of soft skill training and logistics related topics.
