I am motivated to grow professionally and to run towards my peak of value in terms of innovation. I always try to be a strategic thinker as my mind is guided by curiosity and innovation. I also like to combine various perspectives and approaches in creative ways. I try to think holistically and to me, this means evaluating the pros, cons, my vision, and how close they are to each other. Sometimes I feel the need to reassess everything, but I do not discard anything prior. I always aim to streamline my workflow, keep things simple and practical, and learn from everything. I try to apply this approach either alone or in a group, at any level of the organization I may work with.
