Advice on ordinary wage shift to integral salary, wage flexibility methods to decreased retention base (Taxes legal policies). Making equivalences between job positions and salaries with operators (Ecopetrol, Oxy, Equion, Petrobras, Petrosantander, Mansarovar, etc).Achievements: Creation and implementation of the “Field Bonds Digitalization Project” through Halliburton’s SharePoint. Successful wages related negotiations.

Responsibilities: In the full time working days (9 am to 11 pm) I was in charge to get everything ready to open, receive new products, check the stock, and ask to suppliers for new stock products. Otherwise I was in charge of check the final sales total and money, and close. In part time working days additionally I received the morning sales report.Achievements: high sales level and good stock management.
