Current• I have developed and trained a special team to attend terminal clean disinfections around Melbourne CBD and the metropolitan area, using a human centered design process to train the staff, proper use of personal protective equipment and machinery, including special cleaning and disposal of equipment and submission of relevant reports to satisfy government requirements and invoicing. • Implementation of a rotative rosters to retain workers decreasing staff turnover rate which rocketed during the pandemic. • Creation of a training booklet to train supervisors and leading hands guaranteeing that the policies and procedures are correctly followed which, reflected in customer satisfaction because of the high standards that this practice offered.
