I worked closely with a senior partner to draft complaints, answers to Interrogatories, motions, settlement letters, mediation statements, arbitration packets, correspondence and other legal documents.I requested, reviewed and organized medical records for client files.I reviewed and disputed medical bills with treatment providers.I interpreted for Spanish speaking clients for many attorneys within the firm.

My responsibilities included assisting lawyers on cases relating to Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation and Marital law. I I also scanned documents and served as an interpreter for Spanish speaking clients.

I gave presentations to small student groups and massive lecture halls in order to raise application numbers and recruit future Teach For America Corps members. I also input information into Teach For America's database and updated previously inputted data. I also have planned and organized an informational event for nearly one hundred students.

While working as a surveyor I walked the streets of New Brunswick and directly spoke with hundreds of residents regarding their opinion on the care of their city. I would ask them and then transcribe the information which I would then relay to my managers.

While interning with Judge Marvin Adames, I was tasked with moving highly important documents from courtroom to courtroom. I would identify and notify different defendants of when they needed to be in court next or ask witness to come forward to the bench. Nearly everyday, I would translate for defendants whom primarily spoke Spanish for the court.

My responsibilities included working directly with countless clients, whether that be over the phone or in person. I scheduled appointments to pick up their packages, address their concerns about the shipping process and take their payments in whatever way they wanted. I would also direct my coworker on the different duties they needed to do while I was in charge of the office. I worked directly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and other programs created only for the company.
