In DeliDips we specialize in manufacturing premium food products to commercialize in the food retail market. We work in the development of our own products as well as we provide the service of manufacturing for third party companies.

With $10M in funding from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), PowerBridgeNY’s mission is to turn cleantech innovations from the academic research lab of the six partner institutions into strong, cleantech businesses in New York State. They identify promising early stage technologies and invest in translational work to advance these technologies towards technical validation, scalability, and transformational capacity. They do this by offering $150K to conduct customer discovery interviews and develop a prototype or conduct in-field testing to move the technology closer to commercialization via a startup or licensing.Mentor – $150K Award Winner Team -Guided and assisted one of the competing teams throughout the accelerator program. The team has been developing a portable high-efficiency solar pack based on supercapacitor technology to enhance battery charging efficiency and battery lifetime, with the goal of reducing overall balance of system cost in low power off-grid installations. The team was finally awarded with a validation grant of $150k to further their steps towards product commercialization.

1366 Technologies combines breakthrough innovations in lean manufacturing processes to make the world’s most cost effective silicon wafers. With lower operating cost and double the silicon yield, 1366 has an unstoppable cost advantage in a fast growing eight billion dollar silicon wafer market, with the vision of pairing solar with the cost of coal. -Lead Engineer who analyzed and developed the requirements for the company’s first high-scale manufacturing facility. Determination of machine and manpower requirements, plant’s inputs and outputs, and lay out design. -Confection of manufacturing dynamic model (Arena Software) to analyze production scenarios, WIP levels and optimum stock levels. Strategic Planning focused on process improvements to achieve cost targets.

Area: Purchasing Department - Project Division-Negotiated auto parts price quotations, with constant search for production cost optimization based on design and drawing analysis, generating over $1M of annual savings.-Analyzed best process options and negotiated new tooling and process costs, reducing the budget target in $50K.-Controlled the process of a supplier plant movement, managing resources effectively to comply within schedule.
