Service Evolution at ESSP-SASProject Iris:· Definition and development of the project's required validation activities and reporting· Assistance to regular meetings and workshops related to architecture, tools, conceptual definition...· Collaboration with the different partners of the project on the testing activities, tool development and architecture definition (Inmarsat, SITA, Collins, ESA, NATS, Skyguide, ENAV...)· Participation in EASA audits during different stages of the project· Support to the ESSP Safety Team in the resolution of Safety Items and Open Points during the project· Reporting activities to all Project Leader, Team Leader and European Space Agency (ESA) points of contact· Development and customization of the main monitoring tool for the project, ISP Cockpit Tool, in collaboration with Skyguide and internal experts.· Coordination and support of different integration activities between the different tools of the project· Conceptual definition, requirement definition, and validation definition of the Iris Availability Tool· Creation of a set of documents for ensuring the correct resolution and follow-up of open points and issues during different stages of the project (OR)· Support to the development and management of the different baseline documents of the project:- Iris Service Definition Document (SDD)- Iris Concept of Operations (ConOps)- Validation Plan- Validation Report - Iris Service Management Plan- Service Performance Monitoring Manual- Request for Waiver (RfW)- Statement of Compliance (SoC)- Cockpit Manual and Monitoring procedures- ISP Availability script justification file
