Leading autonomous teams to launch, recover, service and coordinate aircraft maintenance across 6 specialties and 3 organizations

As a Government Official for the 9th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, I oversee maintenance operations and program management for the U-2 "Dragon Lady" aircraft fleet valued at $705M. Responsible for the management, training, and safety of 46 members and 2 programs. Directed 3 projects, including a navigation system upgrade. Collaborates with 14 cross-functional teams to support program objectives and mission requirements.

Was responsible for leading small maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair aircraft electronic systems with a total fleet value of $660M. These teams inspected, troubleshot, and repaired avionic components including communication and navigation, radar, autopilot, and electronic flight instrument systems. Interpreted technical data, performed system tests, and ensured technical compliance. Collaborated with other organizational flights and engineering teams for system upgrades. Ensured the safety & functionality of aircraft systems.
