Eg 8D, 3L5Y, Histogram, Pareto, Cause and Effect Diagram. Performing the PFMEA and John Deere Quality Control Plan. Working in the investigation of Quality problems, determine root cause, collect and analyze data and implement corrective actions to reduce or eliminate waste. Acting as a facilitator and writing Quality procedures with the objective of maintaining / updating the Quality System and supporting audits, reviewing results and attending management evaluation meetings. As a leader, I have worked with Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) and preventive and corrective actions for production processes. Having extensive knowledge in the NCCA system, SAP, Recon and DTAC Soluctions

Responsible for coordination of 60 people for the 1st shift, available in the following areas: unloading, hoppers despalha, automation and blocking, samples, dryer cameras, straw and cleaning. Also follow the Production Performance Indicators (KPI's / OEE) of the sector promoting improvements / changes to efficiency gains in the production processes.

Responsible for time management, cost management, Team management, procurement of materials, distribution of tasks and welding device design, assembly, measurement and drilling. Responsible for assembling prototypes, programmer and all the preventive maintenance of welding device controller. Coordinator of the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance system in welding devices with the help of PCM module of the ERP system Tecnicon.

Develop POP'S (Standard operational procedure) assembly for new projects harvesters, conveying parties have a more simplified language for the assembler, helping interpretation of drawings and flowcharts. Monitoring of the entire assembly of the product along with the production line, to validate the developed POP'S. Preparing reports with all mounting problems to be evaluated for the next version of the prototype.

• Evaluate design requests / needs of new projects, interacting with the interface areas in order to develop / define the scope and the pre-project. Designing automated machinery and devices and / or tools for the production process, focusing on the technical and economic feasibility, ensuring the quality and safety as well as environmental aspects, interacting with staff seeking alternatives and following the methodology defined. Ensure that the means of production manufactured meet the goals and needs of the project, following the manufacturing, implementation and test results, making adjustments when necessary. Work on implementing ENGEMAN system to manage all Preventive maintenance, Predictive and Corrective of all grain units and vehicle fleet.

Execution drawings of machines and other mechanical equipment, using drawing instruments and materials to guide the work of construction, installation and maintenance of such equipment. Designing equipment for various branches; meat industry (refrigerators), seed industry, asphalt and concrete plants, steel structures among others. Working directly with Manufacturing Engineering in continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
