Worked in Professor Mike Williams' electron microprobe lab during my senior year at UMass Amherst. This research helped me understand working in an academic setting outside of actual classes. I became proficient in the Abode Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. I became relatively familiar/proficient in Excel as well. I handled important samples, analyzed them on the probe, cut/prepped samples, and digitally prepared them as well. Worked one year at Big Y serving in the Deli Department my freshman year in college. Teaching me to work well with co-workers during stressful/busy hours, serving customers in an efficient manner, and balancing a work-school-life schedule.Currently filling in as outdoor help/painter while searching for a Geology field related job as a career and to further my experience. I have interest in returning for my Masters Degree as well.
