U.S. Army (Contractor) Fort Polk LA.• Responsible for providing Quality Assurance on I3MP and TT Mission OSP and ISP projects. • Inspect the installation of manholes and handholes, duct, building entrances as well as hardened carrier distribution system required for secure communications and performs a pre-installation inspection of all buildings to verify the locations of equipment within the buildings. • Ensure the proper equipment is utilized as specified in the design plan and installed within specifications. • Update redline drawings to show the actual as-built installation; write daily and weekly status reports of the project and forward them to the I3MP and TT Mission program Managers, • Attend weekly project status meetings on behalf of the PM and coordinate the installation efforts with the installation contractor and their subcontractors. • Brief local command personnel on the project and issues that may be involved.• Ensure safety standards are maintained by all personnel working on both projects.• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with projects specifications and provide project status weekly report.
