My previous experience in the corporate world led me to direct the Business Development area for a multinational corporation, leading the international offices as GM for the Caribbean and South American operations. I´ve led negotiations with European, Asian and American companies as well as a Joint Venture between a Mexican and a French Company.As Co Founder of the textile company Noma Outfitters, we´ve developed a value proposition from scratch, defining elements such as design, price, market fit, and the strategies for the correct placement and growth of a new company in an established industry.Kit Consulting is the fastest growing recycled cardboard box and cardboard sheet company in the Bajío region (Mexico). We specialize in boxes, containers and cardboard sheets and look to innovate both on design and product development for our customers with a production capacity of 150,000 boxes daily. We´re looking to change the entrepreneurship atmosphere and show others that there is space to disrupt in Mexico, Latam and the world.
