Responsible for Coopenae's Fintech - WINK full operation in Costa Rica in all areas as Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Operations and Customer Experience.Our main goal is to bring back agility to Wink and deliver Fintech Solutions focused on Customer Experience.

Responsible for the managing and directing of a 300+ tech team for the development and deployment of the first Super App for the Central American and Caribbean region. It is also important to underscore that this is the first Super App that is born as such, different to others that have become Super Apps over time. Upon my arrival at OMNi, I was tasked with the building of the complete tech team. Over the period of 6 months, I’ve built a team of 300 developers in 6 months involving areas as UX, Product Management, Project Management, QA, Tech Architects, Data, Developers, Dev Ops, Release Management and IT management.Co-led the planning and implementing of the roadmap of the Super App, providing all the technical lead to create the structural aspects of the platform, which must include all 4 verticals—Mobility, Fintech, Lifestyle and Health. A brief double down in our verticals: - Mobility: Electric Bikes Rental, Taxi Service, Scooter Rental, Bus Payments, and Smart inter-mobility suggestions. - Fintech: Full Digital Neobanking experience, including Bank account (US and local currency), Wallet, QR Payments, Debit/Credit Cards, Virtual Cards, P2P payments, and more. - Lifestyle: Food Delivery, Last-mile Delivery, E-commerce and marketplace, Entertainment Platform, and Rewards Program. - Health: Personal Medical Record, Online Pharmacy, Online Medical Services, and Online Medical appointments Leading the transformation of our software engineering practice, our offering and how we guarantee a high-quality, repeatable and mature process through the implementation of tools, engagement models, training programs, peer reviews amongst other.Educating and leading all the technical mentorship process to our other C-level executives, aiming to match an efficient and healthy development cycle with the ambitious company expectations. Mentoring and balancing the growing tech team into understanding and committing with the business vision.

Managed the Technology Team of 110 employees in areas that included Web Development(FrontEnd and BackEnd), CMS Integration, QA, Content Authoring and Dev Ops.Responsible for building tech relationships with all the WundermanThompson offices worldwide to work together in achieving business goals.As part of the company leadership team I was involved on decisions for growing the company, improving the workspace, employee's career path and satisfaction.

- Responsible for creating relationships with customer/partners at Equifax Head office to fulfill their needs on the different areas of IT, building development and support teams in Costa Rica to reduce costs and provide high quality solutions.

Started as a C++ developer and also part of the start of the BI module for the ERP developed by the company.
