The team is tasked with developing, implementing and managing WMIS vendor strategy. In more detail, the team is to proactively manage all vendors, identify and remove waste, cultivate relationships, be involved in all aspects of choosing and onboarding vendors and involved in all aspects of offboarding vendors. The team is also tasked with identifying potential relationships with FinTechs and their management if they become active vendors.

I manage of team of problem solvers. We take on different challenges from around Wealth Management and Investment services. While most issues end up with technology solutions we are not solely focused on technology. The project based team gets into the weeds of current processes and how we can solve the true problems, not just the symptoms. We face off with our clients, our internal service teams, administrative functions, external vendors and our technology staff. Once the solutions are put in place and are working, we hand over the process back to the service teams.
