The company decided to create a new department and put me as the deputy manager in the new Digital Print Department, due to my previous know-how in printing, workshop operations and mechanic knowledge. In it I ran a team of 4 people performing a dozen jobs a day between an HP Indigo and two Kodak digital printing machines, coordinating customer files, printing operations and finishing procedures.
