The whole experience at Gympass was focused on design, develop, test, and support Partners' journey.At 2023, we had the opportunity to revamp the Partner Referral flow so we re-created, as a web version, from scratch and delivered it directly to be linked at the Gympass App. We could be more aligned with newer Gympass app versions and company direction. Right after, we kept the idea of partner autonomy and launched a feature to provide an organically way of services providers (future Gympass partners) to demonstrate interest to become a Gympass partner directly via gympass.com for Partners section. It was fast how these services providers were getting into the flow instantly and they were and are doing this process by their own along with this feature being released for all Gympass countries.Improving even more the feature launched at the second semester of 2022 to enable content information setup, we provide the way to do it for multiple units of a single partner. We are collecting the benefits for it yet, because it is a new feature.

I was the responsible for the main feature developed at the first semester of 2022 that was to provide autonomy for the Gympass partners edit their bank account directly at the Partner's Portal. After this release we could decrease the operational work and tickets for CX team.After on second semester of 2022, we kept this approach of increasing the partner's autonomy so released a feature to enabling partners add their content information directly at the partner's portal anytime they want before joining the ecosystem, content information like Amenities, Photos, Opening hours and so on. It brings important improvements, for example, the timing of a partner activation decreased by 70%. One of the sources for the legacy project, the micro front-end architecture, and analytics.Responsible for the kick-off talking about federated graphs (Apollo GraphQL);
