Together with my team I’m involved in different task:# QUALITY: follow up all the process during the mass production and arrange the final inspection of the order according the AQL standard; #KPI: analyze and archive the final inspection report and created the KPI for each supplier.# MATERIALS STANDARD : created a specification rules for our products. Check, organize and adapt the standard according the laboratory present in our supplier. Organize laboratory test using outsourcing supplier ;#RETURNS: analyze the data related the return products, creating a KPI for see the % of problem. # TIME LINEPRODUCTION / SALE SAMPLES : follow up the time line of the mass production and sale samples , make sure that they are following our requested delivery date and in case of problem act immediately for solve it;# SUSTAINABILITY: provide the information to our Sustainability department for each style following the company rules. Catalog and archive all the certification ( GRS , OEKO- TEX , BLUE SIGN , FSC) for each model / season. In case it’s not present create an auto certification for prove the compound/component of the related materials ;# CHEMICAL HARMLESS: Catalog and archive the certification related the chemical harmless for each order / model. Continuous updating and monitoring the new harmless rules through our dedicated office ; # PROBLEM SOLVING : defining a problem; determining the cause of the problem; identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution; and implementing a solution. . #INDUSTRIALIZATION OF THE MODELS: follow up all the process starting from the T2. Check and ensure who the grading of the style is without any problem, if necessary, we have to remake the confirmation samples T1. I'm involved in the developing of new project, quotation and sourcing new technology / supplier for the new models.I’m an active supporter of the LEAN THINKING, hinking about creating needed value with fewer resources and less waste

Implement the procedure of the quality team providing them a specification list for the raw materials and the final shoes. Implement the inspection procedure according the AQL system; Implement the overview of the mass production creating a system for check the status of the orders and find out possible delay; Update the new collection in the MDL system.

Manage the team of the R&D department in order to develop the collection according the time requested from the Product Manager, schedule and overview the sale samples timeline, cost and technical part.

Sourcing new suppliers and new technology (Asia and Europe) to use in the products, discussion about the capacity with the supplier and supervise the quality team and developing team dislocated in our supplier. Finding and select new suppliers able to make our orders / products. Overview the time line in the mass production in order to avoid critical delay of the shipment; Discuss and fix with the supplier a price list to follow season by season

Build and manage a team of local peoples for keep under control and the developing the goods in our supplier dislocated in Europe and Asia; Overview and help the R&D department for pass the instruction and concept of the new styles; Created a standard “capitolato” for the raw materials and final shoes;Specialities: Product, Development , Sourcing and team management.

After make a full immersion studied together with the Italian R&D in order to understand the construction and the technology necessary for make the shoes , I went in our supplier in order to check the process in each steps ( cutting , stitching and lasting ) for improve the quality. Arrange final inspection of the goods according the AQL system.
