• Validates the qualification of opportunities advising on the overall content and quality of the proposal.• Works with multiple stakeholders on identifying activities and relevant content for a comprehensive proposal and helps to develop the opmum win strategy for a successful bid.• Drives the overall bid project plan, and as a member of the virtual Bid Team leads the writing and assembly of the proposal, ensuring inputs from subcontractors or partners and the outputs from contracts with such third parties are correctly incorporated.• Creates the overall response to the customer ensuring a comprehensive proposal is submitted, ensuring that all risks are appropriately addressed by management for delivering a successful bid project.• Helps coordinate the negotiation team, as needed, in the pre‐contract stage with the Customer, including the setting up of appropriate commercial partnership agreements and underpinning contracts to support contract deliverables whilst ensuring that the relevant internal expertise is involved in the closure of commercial, financial and legal issues with the customer.• Communicates progress regularly and clearly to the relevant SITA management and stakeholders, ensuring that issues are escalated and addressed.
