Integrated the package with an external application built with Java, Heroku, and Heroku Postgres that managed all communication between the Salesforce Orgs via the package and the Facebook and Twitter APIs. Tested APIs with Postman.Conversation Notifications: Built an unlocked and managed package app to customize how users were alerted to new inbound messaging requests via Omni-Channel and to new messages in the Salesforce Lightning Service Console. Employed Aura and LWC components for the frontend, Apex and SOQL for its backend and database management, and Jest test.Reddit for Salesforce: Crafted an app that enabled Salesforce internal users to interact with Reddit directly from the Salesforce platform. It included the use of Salesforce Service Cloud Objects within Social Customer Service, such as Social Posts and Social Personas. Integrated the package with an external app built with Heroku and Django, which operated as a middleware and provided a REST API with everything that the Salesforce Org client needed to interact with Reddit. Managed and secured the API integrations to the Salesforce platform by means of connected apps, remote site settings, and named credentials. Employed LWC for the frontend and Apex and SOQL for the backend and to manage databases. Tested APIs with Postman and LWC with Jest.
