• Teaching all English levels (young learners, teens and adults)• Assessing the level of students in English.• Covering classes when the teacher is absent.• Giving support and guidance to students.• Giving information about our courses to clients and students.• Doing a continuous follow-up of our students.• Managing and giving support to teachers.• Carrying out the tasks of Academic Management (management of enrolments, creation of groups, managing clients' database, and invoicing of enrolment fees, materials and official Cambridge Exams)• Selection and preparation of materials for our teachers and students.• Preparation and carrying out of teachers' trainings.• Preparation and organization of special activities and events (out of the school activities for adults and end of the term special activities for all the levels).• Liasing between teachers, students and school director.• Programming the school calendar with the teachers regarding content and deadlines in order to meet English learning targets for the course.• Supervision of the contents used in the classroom.• Coordination of schedules, classrooms and teachers for the one-to-one private classes.• Supervision and correction of the quarterly reports.• Monitoring students' attendance and supervising their marks.• Preparing the content for and carrying out the oral examinations.• Monitoring the quality of teachers, and carrying out classroom observations.• Entering students' data into the computer system (into the Intranet system and into the shared company's Excel).

Coordinating teachers, preparing lessons and teaching materials. Developing lessons and materials adapted to general and business English students. Controlling English homework and meeting English-learning targets. Teaching general and business English for all the levels: from beginner to Proficiency and from children to UAB university students and adults. Teaching corporate students individually and in groups. Issuing a report at the end of the term assessing attendance, progress, homework and exam results

Teaching in-company general and business English and Spanish to corporate students from different levels for several companies: Sharp, HP, TVE and Delphi in Sant Cugat and Danone and Dow Corning in Barcelona.
