Development of a international app used for management of industrial projects across different countries. With the app, the projects received a great boost of productivity due to updated information daily. It gives reliability over the decisions of owners and managers helping them to check the development, gains and gaps of production in tasks during the evolution of their projects.

Two android apps have been developed from scratch using Java.1) Auxiliary UFBA student enrollment- Create an app that could see the same information provided by https://www.meuhorarioufba.com.br/ . i,e. classes, disciplines, schedule and teachers name.2) Baseball scoreboard (Bahia - São Cristovão field)- Create an app that could control the electronic scoreboard from distance using arduino and an android device.Both projects code can be found in https://github.com/dnovaes

- Investigating approaches for Information Retrieval with focus in Portuguese texts.- Investigate framework / libraries to handle unstructured documents and texts (e.g., Apache UIMA, ElasticSearch).- Design and implementation of web system to extract and manipulate information from a set of documents in a specific domain (e.g., legal documents, precedents, cases)Highlight:- An assistant app was created containing most of the result of this research work! The created app can be found in: https://github.com/dnovaes/chatbot-cdc. Hosted in Heroku.- The application extracts specific keywords and find matches against juridic legal articles. The matched result is a legal information document that helps the lawyer with key information on the user issue.

- Define software requirements specification (SRS) with software manager- Implement new features and do maintenance in existent applications- Creation of database models and queries- Review and apply versioning of the system/features- Management of activities considering on-demand tasksHighlight:- Creation of a "hotsite" for registration of family cisterns (waterproof receptacle).- Connect the data/database of new website to existent systems of SEMA. The institute (SEMA) could gather real information of families in "inland" cities that was making use of clean water.With this information, SEMA could mitigate possible issues and start to create focused strategic actions.

- Meetings with clients to review and showcase implemented features.- Implement new features and do maintenance of existing systems.- Develop and guide new members.Highlight:- Even with the period lack of members in team, I delivered features used in multiple systems: Financial, Civil and other Hotsites. It was a really rush but i'm very glad for the experience!

2011 - Trainee2012 - Quality Manager and Web Developer.Tasks:- Create and improve the process of quality of the company.- Maintain and measure the value delivered by the processes.- Participate in weekly meetings regarding the software project allocated.- Develop new features and give maintenance to existing systems.- Follow and train new members regarding software development.- Create tech-meetings presentations each month (good code practices, new updates of Php ...)Highlight:- Company inside the university was revitalized from almost zero ground. The team created a process background so the next generation members could follow and deliver the tasks in progress.- Well defined cases of uses of projects and processes created. So the future members could continue with the company organization.- 2 websites for other companies developed and delivered during this period.
