I am Ph.D. Candidate conducting research under the direction of Dr. Villalobos to explore the use of electrochemistry in creating membranes from graphene. I received my B.S. in chemical engineering and a minor in materials engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. In my time at Cal Poly, I conducted research in the area of materials science (particularly corrosion), which led me to explore materials science/engineering at the graduate level.
