My development of the various digital signature systems allowed staff to sign an unlimited amount of documents at once cutting the process time down to 1.38 seconds per document and allowing staff to work on other items. The University's budget for printing was cut by 100 percent enabling funds to be allocated to other needs• In total the University has digitally signed more than 1,071,220 documents using these systems • The Aspiring Students system integration enabled all student enrollments to be digitized, making the enrollment process faster and improving student’s life
