Coordinate the planning and implementation of IT components for a wide range of solutions in areas such as Travel, Facilities, Building Security and Records Management.Identify and propose the use of innovative technological solutions to create efficiencies across corporate departments. Define scalable architectures and strategies to leverage licensing and provisioning of new automation initiatives.Established and led the Governance Group for the service management tool used across the organization; ServiceNow. Defined guidelines for coordination and cooperation as well as best practices for service standardization.

Converted ServiceNow from an isolated platform handling silo requests to an integrated service management platform used throughout the organization. Led the development and implementation of the ServiceNow Services Portal. Established the practice to use Agile development, automated testing and the use of DevOps techniques to transform the delivery of solutions based on this platform. Pushed for the migration of SharePoint to SharePoint Online. Managed the migration of Microsoft SharePoint to the cloud, in the process coordinated the design and implementation of the Bank’s Employee Portal, which was used as the de facto Intranet for the entire organization.Led the campaign to introduce the benefits of using Office 365. The team developed user scenarios, storyboards and triggered communication messages to facilitate the change management process across the Bank. Early adopter of Microsoft Teams drove its usage across the enterprise. Nowadays Microsoft Teams is the number one tool for online meetings, conferencing, and peer-to-peer communications at the IDB.Chose and implemented the tool to serve as the Enterprise Service Bus, BizTalk. Led the implementation of this software first as an on-premise solution and later as a Cloud solution, fully leveraging technologies such as Logic Apps and Management API. Established BizTalk as the central nerve of system-to-system communications for most critical systems in the organization, including SWIFT, SAP, Treasury, and most in-house developed applications.Collaborated with the team implementing the replacement of the Document Management System from OpenText to SharePoint Online. Helped define overall strategy, direction and communication needs. Introduced concepts of Agile Methodology and DevOps for teams performing in-house development. Established, with the help of an outside vendor, the first Agile Development team within the organization.
