I've join the winning WHS's team to open the first franchise store of M&S food to go in the London area.The Store is the first store from the M&S side as well with the concept of Food to go only. For the first 6 months since we opened we have been the first store as coffee sellers in all business.In charge of the store KPIs and team develop. The store is been performing in double digits since I've opened it and the trends keep Growing week after week.

I had this promotion in September to support a very high volume business store. The store I’m supporting at the moment has got a weekly transactions target of over 5000. This position gave me the opportunity to adapt myself to high percentage of store turn over and forecast sales for busy weeks. In this experience I’ve first developed a store that wasn’t performing and I’ve recently been moved to neighbour store with an higher volume.
