In a nutshell, the main research activities of the Gridtech Institute concern the research and development of electrical, electronics, and software solutions for manufacturing industries, in which we develop innovative hardware, firmware, and software solutions across smart grid technologies, including energy meters, water meters, and distribution reclosers. Alongside Eletra Energy Solutions and Livoltek Brasil, Gridtech Institute is part of the Brazilian group of Hexing Company.Key Responsibilities as Lead Researcher:* Lead and manage a dynamic team of researchers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of high-quality research outcomes;* Drive continuous improvement in research processes, implementing best practices and new methodologies to enhance project outcomes;* Elaborate comprehensive reports on the progress and status of research projects, delivering clear insights to internal and external stakeholders;* Analyze research findings and craft detailed proposals for new projects and opportunities, aligning them with strategic business goals;* Interface with clients and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment of research goals with client needs and supplier capabilities.
