Establish and maintain effective liaison with local/state law enforcement and external security partnerships in support of Global Security’s mission. Support the organization by providing asset protection and security operations program oversight across the Mexico´s Country portfolio in collaboration with Global Security. Maintain a security awareness culture among the personnel by promoting situational awareness and sharing information related to security conditions and trends. Develop and conduct security awareness training as needed. Review and implement security operational standards, policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and response plans in order to protect personnel and company assets. Prepare written security incident reports, status updates and presentations for SMO México Leadership and Global Security. Coordinate security support for special events, business meetings and travelers as required. Stay current on security trends and technology for safeguarding assets and people and benchmarks with industry peers. Provide security requirements, such briefings and trainings to travelers as part of mandatory travel procedures. Support travelers and business operations in emergency situations

Coodinate the attention of crisis events related to public safety, EMS and Fire. Coodinate the Surveillance Team assigned to the monitoring of the CCTV stations alocated in diffferent point of the Municipality. Elaborate intelligent reports to identify hot spots and give recommendations to Public Safety Director to apply prevention crime strategies. Establish and maintain effective liaison with local/state law enforcement and external security partnerships. Develop and maintain statistical performance reports of all emergency communications functions. Including but not limited to the production of reports for call to dispatch times, staffing levels, and call volume reports for call takers. Review dispatch operations; plan, recommend and implement appropriate changes. Review and recommend modifications to computer-aided dispatch system and other emergency communications systems. Provide assistance to police, fire and emergency medical services personnel regarding communications center operations. Maintain and increase professional knowledge, skills, and development by attending seminars and training programs, and through trade and professional publications Perform personnel management functions, e.g., recommends hiring, discipline, and promotion actions; evaluate performance; counsel employees regarding development. Responsible for implementing remedial action plans for personnel.
