• Regional Implementation Manager for Excellence in Supply Chain Program (EISC) in 8 African Breweries (Guinness Brand) and packaging plants based on the principle of Operational Excellence throughout Rapid Deployment (RD) and Manufacturing Management System (MMS).• Uganda: RD for Beer Packaging line improving OEE +4% from 65% to a sustained 69.24% driven by the implementation of SUTR, FI Projects (DMAIC), DOR, SIC and Problem Solving tools. In addition, RD for Brewing focused on releasing capacity and launch of MMS in Packaging Area.• Kenya: RD for the biggest Beer Packaging line on site delivering an OEE improvement +5% from 52.4% to 57.4% and reducing changeovers in +50% (112 to 50 minutes) using SUTR principles. Roll Out of MMS with 6 best practices including AC and AM. RD in Spirits Packaging lines to drive OEE improvement and Asset Care foundations.• Cameroon: RD for Beer Packaging Line leveraging OEE +10% from 36% to a sustained 46% driven by FI Projects, SUTR, CIT (Clean, Inspect and Tag) and Centre-lining. Projects mainly focused on increasing productivity (OEE%), quality (PPM), service (ATP) and reducing cost (per case) in a safe environment (Zero LTAs) • To guide and support the line teams to move from stage 2 to stage 3 (out of 5) in the best practices throughout the Interdisciplinary Task Force (ITF) projects.• Development and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence for Planning and Logistics applying Focused Improvement principles. • Start up of a new Distribution Centre with new Logistics Operator, new warehouse, people, location, processes, training, standards, regulations.
