- Developed and implemented a pioneer attendance and wellness program for over 6,000 employees, which reduced the organization’s sick rate from 6.5% to 4.2% in only 9 months. - Serviced inquiries related to occupational health, training Operations Leaders and employees regarding the attendance and wellness program and WorkSafe BC claims.

- Raised over $35,000 in sponsorships from 55 leading universities from around the world by communicating with academics, collecting payments, and securing commitments to renew their partnership.

- Provided customer support to contractors, interior designers and walk-in clients during the entire sales process.- Developed the company's website and inventory management system.

- Successfully chaired the labor relations committee, negotiated the collective agreement and liaised with the labor lawyer. - Spearheaded three hiring committees, facilitated interviews, probationary review meetings and an employee termination. - Orchestrated a wellness campaign, adjusted coverage levels of the student Health and Dental Plan and negotiated a 15-year contract with SFU’s Dental Clinic.
