Diego's design portfolio demonstrates a commitment to capture clear, simple and bold ideas that translate into elegant design solutions. He is driven by the potential of architecture to embody and enhance a client’s vision through careful exploration into the core values that guide their growth and success. Whether in the US, Europe, Asia, or the Middle East, Diego brings more than 21 years of design experience across multiple market sectors and has led the design efforts for projects ranging in size and complexity. In his capacity as Design Director, Diego is primarily responsible for leading and inspiring a staff of designers, architects, interior designers and landscape architects. He helps manage the daily operations of the group, sets the design goals for the year and leads several key initiatives such as “In + Out” and “On the Boards” which are aimed at raising the level of design through critical dialogue. In addition, he works closely with the Marketing and Operations groups on the strategic direction for the office and participates regularly on domestic and international pursuits. Diego also enjoys building ties with academic institutions and has attended design juries at U-Penn, NJIT, UVA and Lehigh.
