Prepared presentations and other materials for organizational events, such as Board members annual meeting, activities related to EBY’s touristic centres, etc. Developed, researched and implemented community preventive health inititatives.

Developed and oversaw an agroecological transition project from traditional to sustainable farming on 260 acres of land in the south of Buenos Aires. Renovated old farm housing into rural B&B for 20 pax occupancy; managed bookings. Produced agroecological food for domestic use and organic local shops: shiitake, girgolas, and portobello mushrooms; tomato sauce and others.
