ABC Mezcales is an organisation that was born out of the passion for Mezcal.Mezcal is considered one of the most symbolic Mexican spirits with important cultural, traditional and social characteristics.Our relationship with friends and people involved in the production, commercialisation and consumption of Mezcal in Mexico and Europe has inspired us to create ABCMezcales with the goal to promote social responsibility and circular economy within the Mezcal value chain.Producers from different Mexican regions (Mezcal denomination of origin) participate in this initiative with the hope of continuing the traditional production of high quality Mezcal with people sharing similar values and interest in the development and application of good practices of production and trade.

Original founder of this authentic Mexican tortillería in the Netherlands. With other 4 persons, we evolved a tortilleria into an events company, then a catering service, later on into a popup restaurant, and finally the shape it got today: according to the Google reviews one of the best Mexican restaurants in The Netherlands. With a fully developed concept and suppliers network, but also the highest Google review rate in the city, the Restaurant surfed the corona HORECA crisis with a continuously improved crisis management over 2020 and H1 2021. A new opportunity of improving the company came, new partners joined and half the original members are out. I am one of those who did not continue the journey. In June 2021, I have realized that Mis Amores -with the new partners- was entering a phase change where my contribution was over, so I stepped out. My role, as an innovator, was to start what now is alive and working. I am not ready to stop creating. It was time to sell this baby and let it fly. Good luck Mis Amores!!!
